The SAHT Felixstow project consists of ten low-cost two-bedroom units within an ‘L’ shaped block of flats. Located on a corner site, the project is designed to give its architectural face to both public elevations. The upper-level apartments are accessed via two stairwells allowing residents and visitors to gain entry without having to pass in front of a bedroom window of a neighbour. Cube Architects designed the block of units through to gaining Planning approval after which SAHT tendered the project as a D&C contract.
