The South Australian Housing Authority (SAHA) approached
Cube to design a two-storey flats development for a large site in Woodville
Gardens. This was after the project was deemed unfinancial to pursue as a
multi-storey lift access project. Cube had already successfully designed
several similar sites for SAHA however this was by far the biggest. After
several iterations, a scheme for 26 units across two building blocks was
settled on. Logistics of vehicles and rubbish collection were overcome as well
as public and private spaces and security issues.
