The proposal for Southern Cross Care saw the rezoning of pastoral land located in Mt Barker which gave the opportunity for a new retirement village to address the increasing demand for modern yet peaceful retirement living within the Adelaide Hills. The master plan works to incorporate existing infrastructure and water bodies. Located at the heart is a large Community Centre for village residences to gather and enjoy each others company.
