Mt Barker Oakfield Retirement Village has developed Stage 4 houses following directly after the Stage 3 development. With the infrastructure completed for both Stage 3 and 4 together, 24 homes have now been completed making a milestone at the village. With a new mix of house designs, elevation types and even brand new floor plan configurations - the stage 4 houses are the newest addition to Oakfield Rise. 

Also within Mt Barker Oakfield Rise Retirement Village is the Community Centre and the completed Stage 1 houses. 

Further development is continuing with Stage 5&6 and Stage 7&8.
