Mt Barker Oakfield Retirement Village has constructed Stage 6 houses following directly after the Stage 5 development. With the infrastructure completed for both Stage 5 and 6 together, 27 homes have now been completed achieving another milestone at the village. 

Also within the community is the also the Community Centre, Stage 3&4 projects which are apart of the Oakfield Rise Masterplan
