Northfield Retirement Village is under going and notable redevelopment with the replacement of tired single-bed beige units with 29 new 2-bed houses and a community centre. Connecting pathways and common garden area all lead to resident connectivity supported by individual units with garages, bathrooms and open lounge, dining and kitchen spaces.
