Cube Architects was initially approached by the South Australian Housing Authority (SAHA) to help them achieve their desired yield outcomes of 12 single storey, two and three bedroom dwellings on a tight site on Preston St, Blair Athol. 

After proving this objective was possible Cube was further engaged to design and document the project through to a full tender. Cube engaged and managed all sub-consultants required to achieve Planning, BRC and full DA approvals.
