This project required remodeling and rearrangement of the kitchen and family areas. The new design maximizes the existing building foot print and provides a fresh and contemporary facade to the rear elevation. 

The entire project scope was completed under the existing roof form to minimize cost and construction time. 

Nuovo Homes was awarded this contracted.
