The challenge was to design three large street facing, 3/4-bedroom townhouses on what was previously a single house block. Required side and rear setbacks were maintained along with comfortable rear gardens, Alfrescos and concealed service yards. Along with a contemporary street façade the project maintained a sense of luxury and had minimal issues with Council approvals.
