The client approached Cube with the intention of developing a site to yield six 2-bedroom townhouses. Unfortunately, the client was unaware of an SA Water easement through the site and the implications of an adjacent significant tree on Council land. Nevertheless, Cube was able to successfully maintain the required yield but in a manner that the client had not initially considered.
