The Pines Retirement Village Health and Wellness Centre is within a building directly adjacent the heritage listed John Martin House. And with the Health and Wellness building terracotta tiles frequently leaking and partially damaged Cube Architects were engaged to produce drawings for planning approval and building rules consent. The new corrugated metal roof has a heritage galvanised finish to give a 'nod' to the adjoining building and provides a secure water tight cover for decades to come.
