Cube was approached by a builder client with the challenge to find a way to design for 10 townhouses, and access driveway, on a 1000m² square site with limited access and public exposure on all four sides of the site. The successful outcome was of three-storey houses with two bedrooms, two living areas, garages and a play of materials, surfaces and depth of facades.
