Cube Architects was engaged to develop the clients concept sketches for affordable housing into a planning set of documents and consequently into a construction set of drawings. The development consists of 27 dwellings and 4 different design types across three streets in the suburb of Woodville Gardens, SA. Cube worked closely with the builder to ensure their expectations of economic constructability and documentation were met while not compromising the design integrity.
