Proposed 3D sketches for a residential development situated on Yorke Peninsula. This particular house is designed to take advantage of the natural terrain as its elevated over surrounding natural ground levels, maximising the panoramic views. The project has evolved within the parameters of the local development plan, the coastal protection board, bush fire requirements whilst still achieving the clients brief.
