Each house at the Riverpoint Retirement Estate uses a design matrix for time and cost effective construction whilst maintaining a similar but individual design language across the 52,580m2 hill side. The master plan was developed across all levels from yield studies to construction documentation over 8 stages. At the heart of the estate is the Riverpoint Community Centre where the community can come together to enjoy each others company.
